A Community Built Around Every Young Person's Potential

Xaritoo is a youth development initiative of Sen Path Community that empowers young people through mentorship, culture, and connection. We believe every young person has unique potential that flourishes when surrounded by caring mentors, supportive families, and a strong community.

While Xaritoo welcomes youth from all backgrounds, we are especially committed to supporting first-generation American youth and children of immigrant families as they navigate school, identity, leadership, college, careers, and life in the United States.

Through our unique Seed–Gardener–Garden model, we connect young people with dedicated mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, accountability, and meaningful relationships that help them grow into confident, responsible, and compassionate leaders.

"We envision a future where every young person has the support, opportunities, and confidence to reach their fullest potential — because No Seed Grows Alone."

Three Pillars of Growth

Mentorship

One-on-one relationships with trained mentors who provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement — helping young people build confidence and develop leadership skills.

Culture

Celebrating cultural identity as a source of strength. We help youth embrace their heritage while navigating American life, honoring who they are and where they come from.

Connection

Building lasting friendships, family engagement, and community ties that create a network of belonging — because lasting growth happens in relationship with others.

Seed

Seeds are the young people at the heart of Xaritoo — each with unique gifts, questions, and potential waiting to be cultivated with the right support, guidance, and community.

Mentors

Gardener

Gardeners are dedicated mentors who walk alongside youth — providing encouragement, accountability, wisdom, and the care needed for each Seed to take root and flourish.

Supervisors & Community

Garden

Gardens are the supervisors, families, and community partners who create the conditions for growth — building the environment where Seeds and Gardeners can thrive together.
